1. Acceptance of Terms
By using iBuildYourApp ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
iBuildYourApp is an AI-powered platform that generates mobile applications, web applications, and landing pages from text descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce source code that you can download and deploy.
3. Code Ownership
You own all source code generated by the Service for your projects. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and deploy generated code without restriction. We retain no rights to code generated for your projects.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each code generation consumes one credit. Credits are non-refundable. Subscription credits are added monthly; purchased credits never expire. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: generate malicious software, violate laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Generated code may contain errors or require modifications. You are responsible for testing and validating generated code before deploying to production environments.
7. Limitation of Liability
iBuildYourApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from generated code deployed in production.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
